Refund policy

IN-STOCK FURNITURE ITEM RETURNS

For in-stock items, you may return your order within 30 days of your receipt of merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that all return shipments be insured. Note that all returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

SMALL ITEMS RETURNS

In the case of merchandise returns, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the shipping return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns require prior email authorization. Please email us at info@myprimefurniturecom.live

ALL RETURNS

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue. Please take photos of the damage or incorrect item(s) and of the packaging. If your item was shipped using a freight carrier, you must contact us immediately and note all damages on the shipper’s paperwork before signing and accepting the delivery. In the case of a mistake on behalf of Prevalent Projects, return shipping costs will not be the responsibility of the customer.
